Description

Light weight mullite bricks are made from good quality and superpure raw materials, with strictly classified fillings according to their grades. These fillings can form a uniform pore structure after burnt during the process of manufacture. Each grade of products has unique design to meet different thermal, physical and chemical demands.

Characteristic:

1 Lower content in iron, alkaline and impurities, good high temperature properties, energy good resistance to reduction atmosphere.

2 Homogeneous structure, light weight, high crushing strength, good insulating properties, energy saving because lower heat storage in the furnace body during cooling-heating cycles.

3 High strength, good volume stability and thermal shock resistance under high temperature.

4 Less size tolerance due to grinding and shaping after sintering, this meets the requirement of construction.

Application

Application:

used in metallurgical industry for hot galvanizing furnaces, silicon steel treatment furnace, hot blast stoves and in petrochemicals industry for ethylene cracking furnaces, hydrogen making furnaces, one-stage conversion furnaces, Sulfur recovery devices, and also in other heat engineering equipment such as rolling kilns, shuttle kilns, anti-nit riding and ant carbonizing furnace.
